Description
We are working with an exciting company who are based in south Leeds and are looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive for a 12-month FTC. As an experienced Marketing Executive, you will be working within a small team and will own the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across email, website and supporting digital channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will support on strategic direction, taking a proactive approach to all marketing campaigns, providing a high level of service to the wider business. The successful candidate will be able to commit to this 12-month fixed term contract, which works on a hybrid model;
Key duties & responsibilities will include:
- Manage the campaign calendar and ensure all activity is planned, documented, and delivered in line with agreed timelines
- Translate strategic direction into campaign briefs
- Coordinate campaign delivery across email, website, social, and events
- Ensure all campaigns are launched on time
- Lead the planning & optimisation of broadcast and email campaigns
- Develop segmentation, testing and optimisation strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve open rates, click-through and lead quality
- Lead on the creation of campaign messaging, case studies and supporting content
- Provide day to day direction and task management to the Marketing Assistant
- Review and approve campaign builds, content and scheduling before launch

- A minimum 5 years Marketing experience
• Copy writing experience
• Line management experience
• Excellent command of English- both written and verbal
• Word Press/ Google Analytics exposure
• Force 24 experience would be desirable but not essential
