Understanding

This for us is the most important stage.

We take great care and work in partnership with our clients to fully understand not only the specific needs of the role, but also the nature and aspirations of the client’s business itself, by gaining an understanding of your people, your culture, ambitions, your brand, your strategy and your challenges. This is learnt through face to face meetings, telephone conversations and our own research. Armed with this information, we are then in a position to be able to identify and source the most appropriate candidates, efficiently and ahead of the competition. Every client has their own dedicated account manager to assist this process.

Your Brief

After gaining a full understanding of your business and the specific requirements of both the role and the personal characteristics and skills required to perform it, we will work with you to formulate a well defined recruitment plan, with time frames which will accurately identify the profile you need in order to develop your business.

Search & Selection

Having confirmed the recruitment brief ,time frames and agreed Terms, Lucy Walker Recruitment will immediately set about identifying the appropriate candidate talent pools from which to source the best available individuals to join your organisation. As well as liasing with our network of existing candidates and contacts we will also use our dedicated resourcing  and marketing support teams to both advertise and utilise search and selection techniques.This process will lead tothe provision of an initial candidate shortlist. We use a number of recruitment practices, including, headhunting, database screening, advertising and social media networking as appropriate.

Interviewing

Organising an interview schedule can be a complex logistical task, particularly when it involves co-ordinating the diaries of various staff members and numerous candidates and over multiple interview stages. We are highly experienced in the interview process and will manage every aspect for you in order to minimise the impact on your own in-house teams.

We will liaise with you and the candidate interviewees throughout the process ensuring communication and planning is as smooth and efficient as possible.

Securing a Candidate

Making an offer to and securing your chosen candidate is the culmination of a successful project for you and us We take great care to manage the offer process from start to finish, ensuring you get the best possible result.

We have sourced numerous talent at many levels over long and complex negotiation cycles, in several different markets We are committed to delivering and will always go the extra mile to do so.

Ongoing Support

Having secured your chosen candidate we will continue to oversee and manage communications with them until they have been fully inducted into your team. We will complete and assist with the necessary HR and administrative procedures that are required at this stage.

Throughout the process we will be in regular contact with you through face to face meetings, telephone, skype and email to ensure we are consistently delivering to the highest possible standards, making certain that we are also responsive to any changes to the brief which may occur based on your priorities.

On completion of a project we will also ask for your feedback on the process as a whole to ensure that if we can improve our service to you in any way, appropriate changes will be made accordingly.
