We appreciate how Important your Job search is to you and this is why we have invested so much time and energy over the years getting our Service proposition to you right.

This is  our 10 Point Service promise to you.

  • 01.  We meet all our Candidates, who are invited to register, face to face .This will enable your designated Consultant to fully understand your achievements to date, your personality, what you are looking for in your next role and just as importantly what you are not looking for. This will enable us to offer you the correct advice and support you effectively in your search.

  • 02.  You will have just 1 point of contact for Permanent Recruitment and 1 point of contact for  Temporary Recruitment. You will not need to worry about being passed from one Consultant to another as in many other Agencies

  • 03.  We will ask you to complete a variety of On-line testing  packages relevant to your skill set  and the level of role you are looking for so we have a full understanding of your ability and any training needs. These can either be done in our offices or in the comfort of  your own home.

  • 04.  Once you are registered on our Database we will consider you for a variety of advertised opportunities. In addition we will make contact with Clients who we feel maybe interested in  someone with your abilities, personality and ambitions.

  • 05.  For any role we discuss with you, we will provide you with the job specification and gain your approval before submitting your details to our Client for their consideration.

  • 06.  You will be provided with a full Information pack for all vacancies for which you are submitted. This will include interview times, directions, copy Job Specification and Company Information such as Website details and Company Structure.

  • 07.  We will provide  you with full Interview advice,prior to your Interview should we feel you require it. We also give you detailed Interview feedback from our Client following your Interview.

  • 08.  We will discuss in detail all Job Offers  you may receive from our Clients and give you advice on the process of potentially accepting an offer through to starting with our Client.

  • 09.  Once you have accepted a role  from our Client we will keep in touch with you to ensure you are happy and there are no issues.

  • 10.  If we are unable to find you a suitable role we will discuss the Career options open to you and possible next steps in your Job search.
