Terms & Conditions
The Refer a Friend scheme and the terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties
- Excludes recommended candidates already or previously registered with Lucy Walker Recruitment
- No monetary alternative is available
- Referrals must be made to Lucy Walker Recruitment before or at registration (of the referred candidate) – referrals made at a later stage may not be valid
- If the person you refer is placed in a role with Lucy Walker Recruitment you will be eligible for your gift 4 weeks after your referred candidate has either 1) completed 100 Chargeable Hours of a Temporary Assignment or if they have secured a Permanent role after they have successfully completed their 8 week probationary period.
- Once the referred candidate successfully completes their qualifying period please contact your local office to receive your vouchers
- Amounts paid will vary dependent on the nature and the level of the role
- The decision of Lucy Walker Recruitment is final in all instances
