Description
We are working with a company in Southwest Leeds who are looking for an experienced Order Processor to join the team for this 3-month assignment. Working 9:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, this is a busy order processing position to help during a peak period in their calendar. As an experienced Order Processor, the successful candidate will have managed customer orders, managed schedules and dealt with logistics planning.
Key duties will include:
- Processing orders
- Dealing with all customer queries
- Managing logistics of orders
- Booking couriers
This is a long term, temporary role where you will join a small but busy team setting.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 12 months order processing skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong coordination skills
- Experience of managing logistics and managing schedules
- Excellent MS Office packages
