Working with a fast-paced Tech based company with offices in South Leeds, who are looking to expand their Marketing function. They are looking for a creative, and enthusiastic Marketing & Design Assistant. This varied role will involve a wide range of marketing activity from social media to email campaigns to competitor research! Playing a key part in the day-to-day delivery of all marketing activity, you will work within a close-knit team where you can develop further.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and use AI design software to create a range of marketing materials
- Support the creation of graphics, recruitment material
- Take ownership of social media planning and scheduling
- Create engaging social media content to support campaigns
- Monitor social media performance, producing regular reports and identifying opportunities to improve engagement
- Support website updates
- Support the planning, creation, and delivery of email marketing campaigns
- Build and manage email campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results
- Support the delivery of lead generation campaigns and customer communications
- Conduct regular market and competitor research
- Support the team with copywriting, proofreading, and editing marketing collateral
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, engaged marketing professional, hybrid working opportunities are available within the team, so a flexible and adaptable working attitude is essential.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2 years minimum Marketing & Design experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A working knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience using Canva and AI design tools would be beneficial
- Some practical experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- An understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and website content
- Experience using WordPress or similar content management systems (CMS), including making basic website updates
