We are working with a fantastic training company with offices on the outskirts of Bradford, who are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join their team. Supporting with a range of activities with the focus of building and developing excellent customer relationships.
Key responsibilities for this customer relations role will involve:
- Manage/action a shared inbox
- Answering/actioning all customer telephone calls
- Prepare customer quotations
- Deal with all customer enquiries
- Accurate and timely input of information onto the CRM system
The successful candidate will be joining a small but existing team, and you will receive outstanding training and support. This role will be office based four days a week and one day from home after an initial induction/training period.
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience in a customer relations and administration – minimum of 12 months
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A friendly and approachable manner
- Highly organised
- Strong team player
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving, can-do attitude
- Competent user of all MS Office packages
