Description

We are working with a fantastic training company with offices on the outskirts of Bradford, who are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join their team.  Supporting with a range of activities with the focus of building and developing excellent customer relationships.

Key responsibilities for this customer relations role will involve:

  • Manage/action a shared inbox
  • Answering/actioning all customer telephone calls
  • Prepare customer quotations
  • Deal with all customer enquiries
  • Accurate and timely input of information onto the CRM system

The successful candidate will be joining a small but existing team, and you will receive outstanding training and support.  This role will be office based four days a week and one day from home after an initial induction/training period.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Previous experience in a customer relations and administration – minimum of 12 months
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A friendly and approachable manner
  • Highly organised
  • Strong team player
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving, can-do attitude
  • Competent user of all MS Office packages
