Mark Woffenden

Mark Woffenden, is a Director at Lucy Walker Recruitment. Southerner Mark, has been in the business almost 28 years. Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant and spent several years in practise as well as within analytic and forensic roles within the Insurance Industry.

Mark is involved with the strategic direction of the business and with the financial budgeting and targeting of the Office. More recently, Mark has overseen the development of the businesses’ Marketing function and the recognition of the importance that content marketing and social media is playing in the modern-day business world.

Mark’s out-of-work passion is travelling the length of the country every weekend watching his football team, West Ham United, where he is a Home and Away Season Ticket Holder. His claim to fame is spending an evening with one of his footballing heroes, Ian Bishop, in a bar in Florida. When he’s not watching football, Mark likes to take every opportunity to embarrass his 3 grown up children with a repertoire of very poor Dad jokes!
