We are working with a well renowned property development company who pride themselves on high quality and exceptional service delivery. As a result of rapid growth, they are looking to recruit a number of Sales Consultants to join them on this exciting journey!
What are we looking for?
- Highly motivated and target driven candidates
- Proven success in a sales environment or exposure to a heavily customer focused role
- Experience liaising with clients or customers face to face
- Quality led, with a passion for your product and providing first class customer service
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for this role
A Typical day in the life of a Sales Consultant…
Based on one of the many development sites throughout West Yorkshire, you will meet with prospective buyers, guiding them through the process from an initial enquiry, reserving a property through to completion and starting life in their new home! Throughout this process you will promote the use of specialist independent third parties, conduct market research and as a result achieve sales of new build properties.
