Our client, are a fantastic financial services group based in Leeds city centre and seek to recruit an experienced Junior PA to join their established team working from their superb city offices.

As a Junior PA, you will provide essential organisational led support across two Client Adviser teams located in different regions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional levels of client service is provided. You will be a proactive, enthusiastic individual who excels in a collaborative environment and is committed to excellence.

We are looking for candidates who have experience within a Business Support role, perhaps as a Secretary, PA or Administrator, looking for a new exciting opportunity to work for a fantastic and progressive Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management, you will be responsible for 5 core individuals with a wider responsibility for up to 15 team members diaries.
  • Organisation of internal meetings and conference calls.
  • Organisation of external entertainment such as client dinners.
  • Providing clear and professional communication when liaising with external clients as was as internal teams.
  • You will provide timing and accurate responses across multiple email inboxes where required.
  • Arrangement of travel and accommodation.
  • Liasing with events and marketing teams to generate gift ideas for client events.
  • Comprehensive document checking and inputting into CRM systems.
  • Supporting new team members with onboarding tools.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated secretarial or administrative experience including diary management and booking travel – ideally 1-2 years.
  • Must be proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of working at pace and multitasking.
  • Previous management of large teams advantageous.
  • Excellent problem solving skills being both proactive and reactive.
  • Impeccable level of professionalism with both verbal and written communication.


  • Hours: 8:30-5:30
  • Location: Leeds city centre (hybrid options following probation)
  • Salary: £32,000-£35,000
