Our client, a prosperous and professional Commercial Property organisation based in Leeds City Centre, are looking for a Service Charge Consultant to join their busy team.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent ability to interpret and analyse data and legal text documents
  • Professional and confident with liaising with clients
  • High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and present a professional argument/case as required
  • Driven and pro-active in approach
  • Ability to build professional relationships with clients and internal departments alike

As a Service Charge Consultant, you must be able to handle a variety of duties to provide the most effective outcomes for your clients. You will be reading and analysing legal documentation, reviewing service charges and provisions, challenging discrepancies and reporting on various statistics. You will be meeting clients face to face, via video-link and having regular communications via phone and email to ensure strong relationships and business continues to develop. You will be articulating reports, presenting key information and negotiating as necessary.

Within this role, you will join a small, specialised team who form part of the wider Leeds office. You would be working in a corporate, professional office environment in Leeds City Centre and in turn will receive a competitive salary and excellent company benefits including 25 days annual leave and season ticket loans.
