Are you a Senior Analyst looking to step up into a Team Leader role where you can coach and support others? Do you have a keen eye for the detail with the ability to anticipate and highlight conflicts? What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience within a legal environment
- Familiarity with common interests and multiple bidders
- A broad understanding of law firm financials
- A naturally detailed approach, able to gather and understand all relevant facts from a variety of sources before making a decision.
An important aspect of this role will be understanding cultural differences and influencing others, which can include senior lawyers. As such you will need to be a credible influencer who is comfortable managing colleague expectations. You will identify and review conflict reports and liaise with fee earners on whether there is a potential legal conflict. We are looking for someone who responds positively to change and new challenges, and enjoys supporting and coaching others to succeed.
