Our client, a successful and very established Law firm with offices in Bradford City Centre, is looking to recruit a Secretary for their Commercial Property team, to provide full secretarial support.  They are looking for a secretary, ideally with legal experience but will look at experience within professional services.

Within this role, your duties will include the following:

  • Completing stamp duty land tax forms via HMRC website
  • Producing bills and other relevant financial documentation
  • Provide diary management support to the lawyers
  • Dealing with basic client enquiries, supporting where possible
  • Providing typing support to the secretaries
  • Routine admin tasks – faxing, copying, post duties etc

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Similar experience gained within a secretarial role within legal or professional services
  • Good typing skills and highly organised in your approach
  • Able to communicate with ease at varying levels internally and with clients
  • Able to prioritise your work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Flexible, able to support a busy team within all areas
