I am working with a prestigious property company in Leeds City Centre who are looking for a temporary Secretary to cover holidays. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. The successful candidate must have solid secretarial experience and be available from the end of November, ready to be part of this professional and dynamic organisation.
We are looking for an experienced and pro-active candidate with the following experience:
- Minimum of 2 years secretarial experience
- Minimum audio & copy tying speeds of 60 wpm
- Reception experience
- Excellent attention to detail
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Audio & Copy typing of documents & letters
- Generating reports
- Answering the phones and taking messages
- General ad hoc administrative support
