We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a rapidly expanding Property Management Company within their Leeds office on an ongoing temporary basis.
To be a considered for the role as Receptionist, you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Previous Reception/Front of House Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
The position of Receptionist will involve the following duties:
- Take inbound calls from clients and assist with their enquiry
- Organise internal meeting rooms
- Postal duties
- General admin support to the team
The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, confident and has previous experience within a Receptionist role.
