We are seeking an experienced service Procurement Officer who is keen to secure a role in a highly successful business within a small but driven team with a fantastic collaborative team dynamic. This role is part of a wider global shared services team and sits within the Bradford office.
The ideal experience that we are seeking for this Procurement Officer role includes:
- Procurement experience – 2 years+ within a service driven industry
- Experience with an ERP/Purchase to Pay system
- Language skills are ideal but not essential
This role involves:
- Procurement, souring and 3rd party risk management
- Monitoring your supply chain and onboarding suppliers from a risk perspective
- Providing advice on all aspects of the procurement process to internal customers and external suppliers
- Conducting procurement which is compliant in line with policies and guidelines
- Building strong market and competitor understanding
- Maintaining strong record of all procurement processes
- Contract management and negotiating framework agreements
