Looking for a part time administration role based in central Harrogate?
Do you have exposure to HR Administration duties with excellent attention to detail?
A requirement for a strong administrator to work closely with the HR Manager has arisen within a well-established organisation in central Harrogate. You will be providing HR Administration support on a part time basis for 5 mornings per week, approximately 15 hours per week.
What experience are we looking for?

- Highly organised, good at prioritising tasks effectively and adapting to changing demands
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT and MS office skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
As a part time HR Assistant, you will be carrying out a variety of tasks including; entering applications and employee details onto a database, carrying our pre-employment checks and gathering associated documents, assisting with recruitment activities, recording absences and changes to employee information, acting as a key point of contact to employees as well as a range of ad-hoc HR administration duties.
