- Office based administration experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office systems
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Confident liaising with customers
- Experience of audiotyping (ideally at least 2 years)
Within this part time Administration role, you will be taking on a variety of office support duties within a small office environment in North Leeds. You will ideally be working 3 days per week, however this is negotiable for the right candidate. You will be responsible for handling calls and queries from customers, liaising with suppliers, audio and copy typing, covering reception and other ad-hoc administration tasks.
