About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive PA/Business Support Manager to join a well-established company based in Leeds. This varied role will provide comprehensive PA support to senior leadership, as well as managing office facilities, event coordination, HR administration, and data reporting. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

The role will be working in modern offices in Leeds City Centre and will include free parking and great benefits. It will be joining a fast paced and energetic team, and they are looking for a positive and capable candidate to work in an autonomous and varied role.

Key Responsibilities:

PA Support:

  • Provide PA and administration support to senior leadership
  • Support confidential tasks for the CEO
  • Booking national and international travel and accommodation for the team
  • Booking meetings and coordinating catering• Organise supplier events, ensuring seamless communication and logistics
  • Manage social events, including the annual Summer & Christmas parties

Office & Facilities Management:

  • Oversee office supplies and ensuring stock is replenished
  • Maintain office cleanliness and liaise with cleaning providers
  • Support HR administration, including onboarding and new starter welcome packs
  • Manage meeting room bookings and availability

Reporting & Administrative Support:

  • Assist with weekly and month reporting using Excel
  • Prepare meeting packs, ensuring accuracy and flagging any discrepancies

About You:

  • Proven experience in a PA, Office Management, or Business Support role
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills
  • A calm and unflappable approach
  • Willingness to take initiative and suggest improvements

Hours: 

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm (Fully Office-Based Role)
