We are seeking an experienced administrator with good customer service skills to work for a small but successful business based in Dewsbury as an Order Processer. We are looking for:
- 2 years’ experience in your most recent role ideally in administration
- High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
This is a varied role that involves being part of a small and busy Customer Service team. As an Order Processer you will be responsible for:
- Receiving calls and emails from clients
- Processing orders on the internal system
- Setting up new clients on the system
- Sending out samples
- Coordinating and booking deliveries
