We are seeking an experienced administrator with good customer service skills to work for a small but successful business based in Dewsbury as an Order Processer. We are looking for:

  • 2 years’ experience in your most recent role ideally in administration
  • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner

This is a varied role that involves being part of a small and busy Customer Service team. As an Order Processer you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving calls and emails from clients
  • Processing orders on the internal system
  • Setting up new clients on the system
  • Sending out samples
  • Coordinating and booking deliveries
