This is an excellent opportunity to work for this superb firm in Leeds, who are experiencing strategic growth and this is a really exciting time to join the business.   This is a varied role working with some iconic Fashion Brands, supporting the Trading Team with a range of duties and responsibilities working with key High Street names.  This role would really suit someone with some experience within Fashion or within a transferable area, such as fmcg, supply chain, consumer insight or similar.  Or you maybe a Business or Fashion Graduate, looking for an exciting new role.

What will be involved:

  • A range of tasks day to day including keeping stock lists up dated
  • Managing visuals for customers
  • Working with customer accounts for purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of entry of details
  • Working with other teams internally, providing weekly updates on placed orders
  • Updating customers with order feedback and any possible amendments
  • Working with Trading Managers to support suppliers and customers with any unresolved issues
  • Preparing for Client meetings, organising the merchandising showroom and collating mood boards and CAD books
  • Being a key pint of contact for Account Managers and for the busying team, creating seasonal line lists with initial costings
  • Any other associated tasks to offer support to the wider team.

What are we looking for:

  • You will have some exposure to working within Fashion – ideally menswear, from a wholesale, supplier or merchandise background or you may have a Supply Chain or insight background or a transferable skill set
  • Good data and analysis skills
  • Any exposure to working within Trading would be an advantage but not essential
  • A true team player, able to work to deadlines, highly motivated and you will enjoy a busy team culture
  • Strong business awareness, with excellent initiative
  • Excellent IT skills with strong Excel knowledge and able to manage formulas and v look ups
  • Experience with PDF look books would be an advantage with visual presentation skills
  • An effective communicator and excellent team player
