Our client, a superb business in West Leeds and a market leader in the Vehicle Leasing and Rental market, is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator for their teams to focus on key client accounts. Working within a very busy inbound customer focused rentals role, your daily duties will include the following:

  • Handling all reservations and customer enquiries
  • Building professional working relationships with key client accounts
  • Working to company SLAs and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate client records
  • Work closely with other internal teams to ensure the best customer service is provided at all times

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to use their skills to work closely with a prestigious client base. To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate;

  • Previous B2B or B2C Customer Service experience
  • An ability to work to deadlines and multi-task
  • Previous track record of maintaining customer relationships
  • Confident with IT and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
