Our client, a successful and very established Law firm with offices in Huddersfield town centre, is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary for their Private Client team, to provide full Secretarial support.  They are looking for a Legal Secretary, ideally with Private Client experience, working within Wills, Probate, Taxation or similar.

Within this role, your duties will include the following:

  • Providing full secretarial support to a small Team
  • Preparing documents, including typing correspondence via audio dictation
  • Being a point of contact for clients, effectively managing queries
  • Diary management, booking appointments and meetings and associated logistics
  • Arranging any travel arrangements as and when required
  • Keeping administration systems internally fully updated
  • Managing billing and expenses

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Similar experience gained within a Legal Secretarial role, ideally within Private Client
  • Good typing skills and highly organised in your approach
  • Able to communicate with ease at varying levels internally and with clients
  • Able to prioritise your work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Flexible, able to support a busy team within all areas
