As an Inventory and Supply Analyst, you will be provided with dedicated training and support to grow your career within the business, whether you’re a graduate looking for your first role, or maybe making that big step into a new career! You will be responsible for managing stock and logistics providers, conducting detailed analysis and reporting to track performance, and supporting continuous process improvement. This is a varied and integral role with ample learning opportunities!

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Inventory and Supply Analyst:

  • Provide stock management and analysis support including stock reconciliations, managing stock and workflows in SAP and shelf-life analysis
  • Develop accurate reporting to enable performance analysis
  • Collaborate and work closely with 3PLs (3rd Party Logistics providers) for inbound delivery management, quality queries etc.
  • Support the sample order process
  • Support the cost review process

It is key for this role to be naturally analytical and numerical with excellent attention to detail and Excel skills. Attitude and culture fit is paramount for this role, with a proactive and collaborative approach to your work.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent IT skills with strong knowledge of Excel (essential). SAP knowledge is preferred but not essential
  • Prior experience within FMCG, supply chain or logistics is preferred, or alternatively a Supply Chain, Data Sciences, Economics or similar graduate with a natural flair for analysis
  • Any experience or exposure to 3PL is preferred
  • Structured, process led and organised with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build effectively relationships internally with Managers and externally with varying stakeholders
