We are actively seeking a tenacious Sales Manager to manage a busy Internal Sales / Account Management team based within a successful and growing Automotive company in West Leeds. As the Sales Manager, you will be managing a small team of internal sales account managers, promoting high performance.

This is a varied role with the opportunity to have a direct positive impact on your team and the wider business. Your key duties will include the following:
- Effectively managing and developing a small team of Account Managers, carrying out regular 1:1s and development plans
- Driving sales and account management duties within the team
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs and team activity, reviewing progress against targets for business growth and service
- Ensuring escalations are effectively handled and resolved
- Proactively maximising client retention and opportunities for business growth.
