Working within a busy team, the successful candidates will deal with all inbound customer queries, dealing with a variety of technical issues remotely to support the customer.

What are we looking for?
- 2 years+ customer service experience – predominantly phone based
- Excellent administration skills and a high attention to detail
- Proven track record of complaints handling
