A lovely opportunity has arisen for a well-loved charity with offices in Leeds for an experienced administrator to join them for a temporary role for two-three months.  Fully office based, the successful candidate will be joining a small yet busy and friendly team where you will be involved in all administrative tasks relating to seasonal fund-raising projects.  This role is ideal for a candidate who is available immediately, the role is varied but key responsibilities include.

  • Distributing fund-raising packs
  • Responding to external queries relating to fund-raising projects
  • Answer all inbound calls
  • Support various projects
  • Provide all administrative support to the team

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a varied and challenging role within a warm and engaging environment.  The successful candidate will have.

  • Minimum of 12 months administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office skills
  • A real "can do" attitude
