Our fantastic client is currently looking for a Facilities Support Assistant to join their team in Leeds City Centre. The role will involve supporting the Facilities Management team to provide a professional, high quality service and ensure that all office facilities and functions are running smoothly.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • At least 1 years office based experience (a background in facilities is desirable)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

As Facilities Support Assistant, your day to day responsibilities will include handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, liaising with couriers, arranging contractors for work to be carried out on site, assisting with office moves and managing the stock levels of stationery and consumables.
