We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to work for an innovative and high growth digital company based in Leeds centre.  Our client work with some of the world's most well-known brands and they always aim to be the best at what they do and are happy to try new things. This is a demanding role supporting the CEO and the chairman of the company where you will need to work in a proactive way, preempting the needs of the CEO, always aiming to reduce the workload of the CEO and offering personal and business Executive Assistant duties. The CEO often travels oversees and therefore the role involves complex diary management, making complex travel arrangement and contingency planning.  Your role will also involve the following:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for the CEO, clients and other figures within the business
  • Working on projects handling from start through to completion
  • Carrying out personal EA duties, such as booking haircuts
  • Acting as a gatekeeper where necessary
  • Gather information to create meeting packs and pull reports for the CEO
  • Carrying out office management duties
  • Take detailed and accurate meeting minutes
  • Organise and host events

Our client are looking to recruit for an exceptional candidate with experience of providing Board Level Executive Assistant support, ideally with experience of working for a high growth company. We are also looking for an intelligent and diligent individual with a no-nonsense attitude towards their work. You will also have evidence of the following on your CV:

  • A flexible and proactive attitude toward your work – the ability and drive to work outside your normal working hours in order to achieve your objectives
  • Effective and professional communication skills – responsive and easily accessible, even out of core office hours
  • Experience in a similar capacity as EA to CEO/MD/CFO or similar
  • A brilliant eye for detail ensuring all of your work is well organised and accurate
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
  • Prompt, dedicated and committed to ensuring all aspects of your work are perfect
