Description

We are recruiting for a respected training company in Bradford; joining a small but effective customer care and warehouse team, the successful candidate will be effective and provide excellent customer service support to their long-standing customers.  This full-time role will offer a hybrid element after a trial training period.

Key duties will include:

  • Processing a wide range of sales orders
  • Managing queries from customers and colleagues
  • Manage the returns process
  • Manage customer complaints and complex enquiries
  • Contact couriers to resolve queries from customers
  • Provide hands on support to the Warehouse team at peak times and during periods of holiday
  • Source and analyse data using a variety of methods e.g. excel

This is a varied role that requires support both in the customer service team and on occasion the warehouse.  An organised, proactive candidate is essential in this role.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional customer service focus – puts the customer at the heart of what they do
  • Personal resilience
  • Good administrative skills with working knowledge of MS-Office – experience of other customised IT systems an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel – able to analyse data and draw logical conclusions/make recommendations for action
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Good team working behaviours alongside the ability to work independently
