Our client are well-established within their sector and serve a diverse client base, primarily focusing on B2B customers through thousands of wholesalers. They also cater to direct consumers through their e-commerce platform, offering a showroom for those who prefer to see the products in person.
Family business, founded over 20 years ago – they are a close-knit office and warehouse team, based in Bramley. They have free parking on site and have great public transport links.
THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join the Customer Service team. You will handle order processing, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with the warehouse team for efficient dispatch. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and can hit the ground running.
- Process orders via email, including invoicing and shipping.
- Provide customer support via phone and email, assisting with queries and product information.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely order dispatch.
- Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and product details.
HOURS:
- Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours, 30 mins lunch)
- 12-month maternity cover, fully office-based
THE PERSON:
Ideally you will have 1-2 years in Customer Service or Sales and will have excellent communication skills. You will have a confident phone manner, strong written skills, and the ability to multitask.
