We are recruiting for a positive and proactive Team Manager to join a well-loved retail brand based at their head office in Harrogate. In this role you will lead a small yet efficient team who manage all customer service queries.
To be successful as a Customer Service Manager, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience managing a Customer Service team
- A detail oriented approach with quality at the forefront of everything that you do
- Leading by example, with a motivational and inspirational approach
- You put people first and have a passion for exceptional service
This role involves analysing data from customers in order to identify trends and suggest amendments to mitigate repetition in queries. We’re looking for somebody who genuinely enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and has the customer's needs at heart.
