Our client is looking for a hard working and dedicated individual to join their Customer Service team. Within this position you will be supported with training to ensure that you are fully versed in handling in all Customer Service duties within the team.
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate skills including:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Administration experience
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
You will be coming into a busy team and will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to clients, suppliers and customers. In addition, you will support with administration processes including credit forms and new account forms and supporting with any pricing queries. This role will require excellent attention to detail to ensure the database is kept up to date, all order information is correct and client accounts are accurately maintained.
