Looking for a Christmas temp role; if you are available immediately and can commit to a role throughout the festive period to the end of January, this role is for you!
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join a friendly and busy, customer service team as they enter one of their busiest times of the year. As an experienced customer service advisor, you will be dealing with customer bookings and general enquiries; you will have experience of dealing with a high volume of calls and be available to action in a positive, professional, and friendly way. Working 37.7 in this fully office-based role; you must be able to commit to working over the festive period and be able to work on a rota between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm and work weekend shifts.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Answering inbound calls
- Logging orders
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Ad hoc administration tasks
Joining a close kit and busy team, the successful candidates will be available immediately and be able to work a variety of shifts to suit the needs of the business; you will be:
- Available immediately
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience over the phones or in a retail/hospitality setting
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team player
- Have strong MS Office skills
