8 week temporary role
We are recruiting for multiple customer service advisors to join this leading retailer based in Morley, Leeds for an 8 week temporary assignment! You will be ready to start immediately within this dynamic and fun organisation, and be flexible to working the occasional weekend.
Your day will be fast-paced and diverse. Duties will include, but may not be limited to:
- Dealing with inbound customer calls; handling queries or issues proactively
- Making ad-hoc outbound calls relating to any ongoing enquiries
- Inputting relevant information onto online systems
- Provide excellent customer service from start to resolution
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience;
- Excellent customer service skills from previous employment
- Flexible approach to working hours (including evenings and weekends)
- Be a clear and confident communicator on a written and verbal basis
- Be organised, approachable and proactive
