We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor who is confident liaising with Business Clients (b2b). The successful Customer Service Advisor would ideally be able to highlight previous contact centre experience and exposure to a regulated environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a role working normal office hours 9 until 5 Monday to Friday. This is an inbound and outbound role where you will be aiming to manage and resolve each enquiry on the first call and keeping the business clients up to date on the progress of each enquiry.

This role will include on a daily basis:

  • Being positive in approach to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Managing inbound calls from business customers
  • Helping business customers to resolve queries
  • Making outbound calls to existing companies
  • Maintaining accurate records and working to service level agreements

You will be fully trained on the services the business provide, however you will be able to hit the ground running within the role. The company are a global business who have a fantastic offering for the right candidate. To be considered for this Customer Service Advisor role you will have:
