We are working with a rapidly expanding organisation, who are relocating to East Leeds imminently. They are looking for an experience Customer Service Advisor to join an already established and busy team. This role will involve inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, administration tasks and investigation techniques. To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills;
- Previous phone-based customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A clear passion for providing excellent customer service
- Evidence of going the extra-mile, investigating issues and problem solving
- Administration skills in terms of Letter writing and Invoice management
