We have multiple temporary roles available, working for a leading fashion company on the outskirts of Leeds as a Customer Service Advisor! This role is based in a vibrant, fun environment within a small to medium Customer Service team.
To be considered for this role as the Customer Service Advisor you will have previous Customer Service experience from any of the below roles;
- Call centre / Telephone based role
- Sales roles
- Hospitality / Catering (waiter/bar roles)
- Retail / Shops
- School and college leavers with limited experience are also encouraged to apply
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and responding to queries and questions, processing orders for customers and advising them on delivery times. You will also be logging all calls on the in-house system and dealing with all queries and complaints, supporting customers throughout the process.
