An exciting Temp to Perm opportunity has arisen for this well-known Leeds based organisation.  Working in a busy customer service team, the successful candidate will join a friendly team as a Customer Service Administrator, this varied role will be fully office based and the working week will be 38.75 hours per week.  This is a long-term role and the intention is that this will become permanent after a period of training and probation.  The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include tasks such as:

  • Processing and actioning inbound customer calls
  • Logging all information
  • Actioning all issues
  • Data Processing
  • All related administrative tasks
