Our client, are a fantastic financial services group based in Leeds city centre and seek to recruit an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their established team in their well presented offices.
As the sole receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional standards expected by the organisation and their esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Welcoming guests with warmth and efficiency, including recognition of key and long-term client contacts.
- Preparation of meeting rooms, including refreshments, and necessary equipment setup.
- Ensuring office areas are immaculate and well-maintained throughout the day.
- Handling switchboard operations, accurately recording and forwarding messages.
- Facilitating security procedures for new joiners and liaising with IT for access rights and inductions.
- Managing office supplies, stationery, and postal services efficiently.
- Providing assistance to the team with printing, binding, and administrative tasks.
- Managing contact details, scanning, filing sensitive documents, and diary management.
Skills and Experience:
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of office management software and equipment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

- Office based – Leeds city centre
- £26,500
- 37.5 hours – 9.00am -17.30pm
