Are you experienced in end-to-end complaint handling? Do you have a professional telephone manner?

We are currently recruiting for a Complaints Handler to work for a professional and successful organisation in Bradford city centre for a company who offer strong career progression. This role will involve providing outstanding telephone based customer service to customers and clients. A positive attitude, complaints handling and customer service experience is all you will need to apply.

The role will involve:

  • Managing inbound calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing complaints from start to finish
  • Communicating through phone and email

  • Have complaints management and handling experience
