Your daily responsibilities will include the following:

  • You will work within this small and very successful Account Management team, supporting the team with a range of tasks relating to Account Management, learning all about this area of work
  • Learning the range of products and services available and receiving training within all areas
  • Speaking to customers and working with the team internally to manage and provide information
  • Attending internal meetings to discuss client projects
  • Building and developing relationships, working with more senior members of the team, who will offer that ongoing training and support
  • Supporting with coordinating and putting together client documentation and accurate quotes
  • You will support the team on projects focusing on your accuracy and attention to detail within all areas of your work
  • Working with Microsoft Office to create tenders and presentations via PowerPoint
  • Keeping the Customer Relationship Management database updated
