I am currently working with a dynamic, fun and long-standing Yorkshire based retailer with headquarters in South Leeds. They are looking to recruit multiple Customer Service Advisors for the Christmas period which, is the busiest time of year for the business!
What are we looking for?
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Intermediate level in all MS Office packages
- A minimum of one year’s customer service experience
- Availability to start work immediately with no notice period
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Answering inbound calls from retail customers
- Processing orders and returns efficiently
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Ad hoc administration support where required
