To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience within Client Services / Senior Administration / PA or Recruitment
- Excellent attention to detail and professional in your communication style
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong organisation skills
As the Candidate Administrator / Researcher you will be responsible for supporting an experienced consultant with their administration support. This role will be solely candidate focused and you will need to be highly organised and professional in all areas. Within the role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and candidate tracking processes, liaising with C-suite level individuals, coordinating interviews and diary management. You will be working closely with a consultant to ensure that all Business Development opportunities are maximised.
