7am-7pm shift pattern

We are currently recruiting for a Call Handlers to join a leading company within its field based in West Leeds, also easily commutable from Leeds City Centre or Bradford via the Train. This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer focused advisor to apply their skills and knowledge to an already outstanding team.

This role would be ideal for someone who is confident delivering high quality customer service over the phone and email, responding quickly to queries and resolving issues efficiently. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment which offers great benefits and progression for the right person. The role would suit a Call Handler who prides themselves on their attention to detail and accuracy.

This fantastic opportunity will include duties such as:

  • Answering incoming calls and distributing to other teams where necessary
  • Gathering relevant information from each call and using your knowledge of the business to action queries or refer to the correct department.
  • Working closely with your team leader and other internal departments to look at any problem areas and coming up with ideas and solutions
  • Keeping accurate communication notes
  • Managing your administration and reporting processes

As Customer Service Advisor in this busy and high performing team, you will require strong communication and problem solving skills and to be considered for this position you will have:

  • Professional and polite manner when speaking to customers
  • Experience dealing with customers in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Evidence of prioritising and organising your own workload
  • Use and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Confident communication and building relationships internally
