Our client who manages property projects on behalf of large retail clients, is looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator to work as part of their busy team in Normanton. This role will be for approx. 9 months and will involve a variety of administration tasks.
This is a busy and fun team and our client is looking for a capable Administrator with strong Excel skills, good administration experience and someone who enjoys a fun but very busy office environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receiving jobs and entering them via Excel and another internal IT system
- Communicate with customers on time frames
- Deal with any customer or internal department queries
- Keep systems updated
- Basic telephone queries
You will have good Excel skills and will have some administration experience. You will enjoy a busy and varied workload, working within a team where tasks are constant and can change quickly. If you have the skills and experience for this role, please contact us immediately.
