Our client is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate with have strong Customer Service and Administration experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company, as full training will be provided with the possibility for the role to become permanent within the first 6 months.
To be considered for the role of Account Executive, you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Administration or Customer Service experience is essential
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- You are reliable and resilient
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Your main responsibilities as Account Executive will be:
- Working to support the Account Managers
- Handling and resolving inbound queries
- Liaising with external suppliers
- General administration tasks
