We are recruiting for an experienced PR/Crisis Team Leader to join a fast growing, dynamic organisation in the centre of Leeds. In this role you will support the organisation to monitor, investigate and respond to real-time crisis situations for well-known brands across the globe and protect them from public relation & brand damage. This role includes predominately online risks to clients, but other brand threats will also be monitored. As the PR/Crisis Team Leader, you will manage and lead a small team and encourage quick decision making and problem solving amongst your colleagues.

- Previous exposure to Security / Fraud / Military or similar environments
- Confident at decision making under pressure

As the PR/Crisis Team Leader, you will also be responsible for managing the shift workload and resource planning, decision making and handling escalations.
