- Experience in a telephone-based customer service role
- Excellent telephone manner and professional communication skills
- Experience of providing technical support is desirable
- Exposure to case handling or case management is desirable but not essential
- High attention to details and levels of accuracy when taking details and recording information
- Keen desire to learn and develop skills
Within this 1st Line Helpdesk role, you will be handling a variety of calls and emails from business customers looking for support with software usage. You will work each case from end to end, ensuring queries are resolved or transferring to more technical teams for complex queries. You will focus on delivering top quality customer service and working to high levels of accuracy to ensure outcomes for customers. Within this role, you will form part of a friendly and sociable team and receive excellent support and development opportunities.
