Description

We are currently recruiting a Telesales Administrator for an established and growing organisation based in Normanton. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and outgoing candidate which involves both telesales activity and team administration support.

As a Telesales Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving and making calls to a current database of customer
  • Calling cold clients to persuade them to work with the organisation
  • Organising and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Sales order processing and managing stock
  • Providing administration support to the team when needed
  • Diary management and organising project deadlines
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the team

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Preferably sales or telesales experience

  • A driving license is highly desirable to commute to the location
