As a Technical Support Consultant you will be responsible for providing key customer service and operational support to clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers who are software users typically via phone, e-mail and web portal. Full software training will be provided.
As a Technical Support Consultant you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to:
- Providing first class customer service
- Dealing with client queries in relation to software issues
- Attempt to resolve all software issues prior to referral
- Feedback any recommendations on software improvement
The ideal candidate for this position will have high volume customer service experience and be able to discuss with us how they excelled in areas such as:
- Clear communication skills
- Good level of IT ability
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent level of customer service
