My client, a dynamic marketing agency with offices based in Leeds City Centre are recruiting a PA and Team Coordinator to join their fast paced office environment. You will be providing PA support to the company Director as well as providing team administration support to a team of 60 marketing specialists.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, outgoing and enthusiastic candidate with strong PA and team support experience to join a vibrant agency with stunning central Leeds offices.

Your duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management for the company Director
  • Gatekeeper and first point of contact for the Director
  • Processing expenses
  • Facilitating travel arrangements including flights, trains and hotels
  • Holiday and sickness cover for the Finance Administrator
  • Management of meeting room bookings and organising conference calls
  • You will support the team with administrative support
  • Management of meeting room bookings and organising conference calls
  • Organising team events

The successful candidate will have strong PA and team support experience gained working within a fast paced environment. You will be adaptable and proactive with the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience working as a PA including providing support at Director level
  • First class communication skills
  • Adaptable with the ability to manage a changing diary
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience providing support for a busy and fast paced team.
